about

watchlooksee is Matt Cheetham, an award winning photographer working in music and events, documentary, commercial, landscape, product, portrait and interior photography. Based in North London I operate throughout the south east producing images on location, or in the studio, using the latest digital imaging technology for a wide range of clients, from large multinationals, to public services, to private business, to individuals.

I enjoy documenting people and places and particularly enjoy editorial style photography. I have years of experience providing images to a wide range of newspapers and magazines with images featured in The Sunday Times, The Metro, The London Standard and the Discovery Channel Magazine.

In addition to media editorial work I also provide editorial style photography of events and individuals for companies and organisations to use within the business as well as to distribute to news organisations and media networks. Companies I have worked for include Heineken, Addidas, Diesel, Uniqlo, The NHS, Westminster City Council, The Big Chill, Yamaha, Native Instruments and Pioneer as well as many independent businesses and individuals.

My work documenting the opening of the Oxford Circus Crossing for Westminster City Council was awarded a Judges Commendation in the 2010 Landscape Photographer of the Year Awards.

I also have extensive product photography experience, particularly in fashion and jewellery, producing images for large organisations as well as independent designers and jewellers throughout London. I provide consultancy and training to companies looking to setup in-house imaging solutions, I teach photography at London Jewellery School and also offer private tuition in all areas of digital imaging.
