The New Oxford Circus Crossing

Coverage of the opening day of the new "Shibuya" style crossing at the busy Oxford Circus crossroads in London for press use by Westminster City Council. Pedestrians can now cross the road in any direction while traffic in both directions is held easing congestion around the underground station entrances.
